Très propre et fonctionnel , 👌 au top
Bar restaurant trop bruyant juste en dessous jusqu’à 3 h du matin durant les 3 jours de suite . En fait, le propriétaire du restaurant laisse les chaises autour des tables donc les personnes stagnent toute la nuit au restaurant et complètement soûls. 😔On ne pouvait pas fermer le velux car trop chaud . Donc pas bien dormi à cause de ça . De ce fait ,peut être rajouter un ventilateur…?

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement et la propreté du logement.
Malheureusement l’emplacement est aussi un défaut car en été il y a beaucoup de bruit avec les terrasses en dessous et pas de ventilateur. Le canapé lit pas très confortable et l’accès au parking compliqué car il y a des barrières au niveau de la rue piétonne et beaucoup de monde.
