Mooie rustige locatie, alles is schoon, goed afgewerkt en netjes onderhouden. Ontbijt is prima maar geen afwisseling. Zwembad met ligbedden is prima als de temperatuur buiten ook goed is. Florence, Pisa e.d. is goed te bereiken vanaf deze locatie in het heuvellandschap.
Ontbijt kan uitgebreider. Nu enkel 1 soort "vers" brood en enkel varkensvlees als broodbeleg. Croissant of eieren zouden ook niet misstaan. Het was erg warm tijdens ons verblijf en de airco koelde niet goed in de grote kamer.
