About this house rental
Welcome to TY Eurvad (House of Happiness), small fishing house located in Saint Cado in the municipality of Belz.
Around a very "Breton" atmosphere, and a site still preserved, you will find here the comfort that will allow you to recharge your batteries thanks to the calm of the site, lulled by the sound of water a few meters away.
This accommodation is fully equipped (Dishwasher, washing machine / dryer / hairdryer) and consists of a main room with open kitchen and living room (42m ²), a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, accessed by a staircase, two bedrooms, one with a bed (160x200), the other with two beds (90x190) and a toilet.
A garden (75m ²) composed of a terrace in wood and greenery allows you to take full advantage of the sea view.
A wooden shed, a barbecue and a shower area complete this garden.
Finally, sun loungers allow you to enjoy the sound of the waves in the summer.
You will have the total use of the house and its garden in front of the sea.
Free parking is available nearby on the pier.
The small town of Saint Cado is composed of 3 cafes, with possibility of lunch.
At 300m, an oyster farmer allows you to discover the crustaceans and shellfish of the estuary.
The commune of Belz, with its shops (Bakery-pastry, Tobacco Presse, caterer, delicatessen, cafes, small market with its local producers) and its supermarket are 1.5 km, accessible on foot or by bicycle.
A beach is accessible 50m from the house.
It is possible to enjoy the tourist and nautical activities of the region. They are accessible and well informed in the book which is made available to you.
