About this house rental
Elegant and modern apartment with sea view recently renovated, located in the upper part of the historic center is divided on three levels. Not suitable for very young children because of its disposition but certainly excellent for couples or couples of friends.
The apartment, about 70 square meters, has two independent entrances:
from an entrance there is direct access to the first bedroom with bathroom and shower, climbing a few steps leads to the kitchen-living room with balcony overlooking the sea.
The second entrance, always main, is located in the kitchen which, through a few steps, leads to the upper floor where there is another double bedroom with bathroom and shower and a balcony overlooking the sea.
Comfortable furniture, the apartment has heating, air conditioning and TV in all rooms. Absolutely peaceful.
The parking is located about 300 meters.

Lovely views from this house right in the historic centre of Cefalu. Easy to walk everywhere, but out of the main throng of visitors. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Property is beautiful. Stairwell to apartment can be difficult for older people with issues on normal stairs. But, location and spa make all the difference. I would absolutely stay there again.

My son and I spent 6 days at this amazing apartment! All was wonderful. Christiane could not have been more helpful. We love Cefalu and this apartment. Would come back in a second.
