About this apartment rental
This ground floor apartment is a great place to unwind, with views of mountains, the sea and a golf course. Set in communal well maintained gardens with a large unheated pool. Very close to Estepona Golf, and Estepona town
It is near enough to all amenities but peaceful and quiet. Ideally for a family with kids, or travelers looking for a great base to explore the surrounding area.
There is a master double bedroom, with an en suite, and a second bedroom with twin beds across the corridor from the second bathroom. Both rooms have an external door providing access to the patio and garden areas. The living room is a large open-plan space with a partial enclosed kitchen, and access through patio doors to the garden. The kitchen is compact but fully functioning with a dishwasher and washing machine.
All in all a convenient and well organized space - a real home from home.

Super easy check-in and out, not having a strict time, very responsive property manager, Maria, who picked up the phone day and night, spacious 2 bedrooms with a great peak-a-boo of the sea, relaxing pool on the property, plenty of street parking right in front of the unit, first floor (so if you have tons of baggages - like I did - it is very convenient and accessible).

Good location quite and good for golf as golf course across the road apartment clean tidy and well equipped. Host very easy to deal with and Maria very good contact with good directions
Over all .. fabulous stay warm welcome defo come back

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Wir (zwei Freunde) waren hier zum Golfen. Die Region hat sehr viele schöne Golfplätze. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto da sich die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Estepona befindet.

The apartment block is easy to find but the entrance/door [without a door number] is not. We had to call Maria the local manager to get specific info.Once inside it's reasonably quiet and peaceful. The A7 is 5 mins away, as are the supermarkets. It's well situated for golf lovers as there are many golf courses nearby. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately, the gas heater wasn't working and we had to use the electric convectors. Being January, the apartment was chilly in the evenings/nights Maria did bring us a new one but that was after 4 days, similarly the satellite TV didn't work because it had moved/dislodged on the roof. Maria got hold of an engineer and sorted it while we were out for the day.Hairdryers in the bathroom would help future renters.
There are no shops within walking distance so you do need a car and there are supermarkets within 5 mins,but it was a good base for exploring. For golfers the Estapona clubhouse is just a stroll across the road. The valley is being extensively developed - normal for Spain ! - but the views are still lovely.
