The house is only 150 meters from the San Gemiliano beach.
Unique environment with entrance-dining-living room with large window. Andito giving to the two bedrooms.

The property is completely independent, in the immediate vicinity there are Bars (150mt), Restaurants (500mt), Pizzerias (500mt), Market (800mt). Areas equipped for the rental of Inflatables, Canoes, Kayaks, Windsurfing. A riding school (1km) for horseback riding is also very close.
The village of Portofrailis is also very close, the most renowned and evocative area of the entire province, for the presence of the homonymous beach with clean, low waters and for the proximity of all services within a few meters (bars, wine bars, restaurants, markets , pizzerias, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, churches, banks, etc).
The Lido di Orri 'is also a few kilometers away, an evocative location with white sand and crystal clear water from the bottom where children can stay safely. War nett eingerichtet, nur durch die nicht asfaltierte Straße sehr staubig und laut. Die Nähe zum Strand war sehr angenehm.

Die Wohnung ist im Keller, hat jedoch einen grossen Sitzplatz mit einem überdachten Essbereich. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Der sehr nahe gelegene Strand ist schön und nicht zu überlaufen.
