住屋房型的設計上很喜歡，距離恆春商業街很近，幫我們吃素的家庭提供了快速買食材的地方，恆春夜市也距離不遠，只要步行就可以了；出門不遠就有景點可以散步，非常適合喜歡悠閒生活的人。
地點是在巷子內，自行開車進出比較麻煩，門口停車位估計只能停四米半以下的車子，四米半以上的車子會影響巷子當地住戶進出，還好這次開小車遊玩，當然搭巴士去恆春，再租機車會更方便。

兩人即包棟CP值高，空間很大，很乾淨。還有游泳池，一二樓都有廁所、浴室，擺放很多液體電蚊香不怕蚊子，門外就是停車位，拿行李方便，近鬧區買東西也方便
樓梯沒有扶把，小孩要小心。 希望有奶瓶消毒鍋
