The newly built apartment covers an area of about 110 square meters, is characterized by a very bright and panoramic open space structure on two slightly staggered levels that divide the large living room - dining room with the upper part where there are two rooms, one double and one twin which for the night are darkened by two movable walls made up of paneled curtains.
Complete the apartment a comfortable bathroom with a corner shower and an additional outdoor shower adjacent to the laundry corner.

Nice and stylish holday house for a perfect family holidays. The appartment has a beautiful view to the mountainous coast and a nice terrasse, which provides shade and fresh air on a sunny day, but also the posibility of sunbading. The beach is only a small walk away and there are many different types of beaches in the neighborhood. A perfect area for relaxed holidays with swimming, nature and good food.
Nothing was saved in the house in order to make a comfortable stay. The beuatiful decoration was made with good taste and quality as well in kitchen, whole interieur and outside. The owners were very helpful and still very descrete, leaving us the time to discover, but always ready to help, if you needed anything and they were very flexible.
We remember this as the best stay i our holidays and the place, which brought us down in good pace and harmony. We can highly recomend this place for a stay for a family on four, for good friends or for a couple. The style is very informal.
We could have spent much more time there and we hope to come back another time.

le Terrazze is situated looking over the Golfo de Policastro in a very quiet location. gated security gives you peace of mind regarding posessions and the car which you need to hire.
Ideal for those who want a lazy holiday but who don't mind a bit of travelling for restaurants or are happy to cook for themselves.
The apartment is modern and comfortable and Alex, if he is home speaks good english and his mother is also very helpful.

While the website said that the owner speaks Italian only we later found out that
Alessio can communicate very well in English.
Anyway my Italian seemed to be good enough to secure the accommodation a day in advance of our planned arrival.
Our GPS found the location once we had the address details in writing.
We found a most comfortable fully furnished apartment with a complete kitchen,
a generous bathroom with shower and a large bed in an upstairs alcove.
Since the weather was brilliant we spent a lot of time outside on the balcony in comfortable chair and plenty of shade. During our stay of 5 days we did short trips by car and boat in the surroundings, did our shopping in a nearby supermarket in Scario and in the market in Sapri. Wireless is available on the terrace.
The family looked after us like old friends and we found the costs to be very reasonable for all the comfort on offer. We hope to be back one day.
