Detached home in ESPOSENDE, with private parking with a garage for 2 cars, with 3 floors, 5 bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms,please note (bathtubs are out of action) 4 of the bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. Fresh linen is provided. Large Dining room with capacity for 12 people. A kitchen with all the ameneties, a spacious lounge with fireplace and TV, a sun lounge overlooking the swimming pool with deck chairs. Surrounded by a well maintained garden with a large undercovered barbecue and dining area for 12 people. In a secluded and relaxing atmosphere. Walking distance is 3 mins to Aldi supermarket, 15 mins to local beach, 10 mins to the small village of Esposende where you can find all of the local shops where all the necessities can be found, coffee shops, fresh cake shops, supermarkets, local fish restaurants and a small market twice a week. Easy to travel to from the Airport Sa Carneiro (40 mins), well situated for day trips to visit Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Guimaraes or the city of Porto to visit the attractions, the Douro river and various port wine caves.

Excellent communication with the owner. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely helpful. Check in process was easy and straightforward. Large rooms on the property, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom is on the ground floor which is ideal for any visitors with mobility issues. The kitchen is well equipped. There is also an undercover dining area which we used regularly. Outside there is a dedicated BBQ area which is easy to use with charcoal.There is a supermarket within five minutes walk, and a larger supermarket within ten minutes drive.This is a well situated property with fantastic amenities.

Verry spacious villa with a great garden pool and outdoor space. Would have given it 5 stars but we had a few small issues with plumbing and electrics but nothing to spoil our lovely holiday.

It was the biggest private pool I have ever seen. The house was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are big and we had several bath rooms, which is very nice with 8 persons. Owner Mike is a relaxed and social man and the house had everthing we needed. Thank you Mike
