- Air-conditioned in the living room with LCD screen TV, worldwide TV satellite, and DVD player.
- 3 comfortable bedrooms with air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms, king size beds and premium bedding, overlooking pool and garden
- a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, hot-cold water dispenser, full kitchenware, etc.
Outside space: dining terrace, garden and swimming pool.
- The large space of terrace which is for dining & lounge area for 8 persons, direct access to the swimming pool
- Private car parking

HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

Loved everything about this villa. My friends were concerned upon arrival because there isn’t a lot to do in the immediate vicinity but once they walked in they smiled!! Villa is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Pum Pui is very attentive and available. She responded within minutes of any request . There is an amazing Vegan restaurant within walking distance. Plenty of space for a large group.
If you book, you will enjoy!

Tres jolie villa avec piscine, conforme aux photos et a la description. Tous les accessoires et ustensiles de cuisine sont disponibles ainsi que des verres a vin! Excellent accueil a l'arrivee. A moins de 2km de la belle plage de Nai Harn et a 2 pas du restaurant "Le Celtique" que nous recommandons egalement.
