About this cottage rental
In Roscales de la Peña, a small town in the mountains of Palencia, you can find, in the outskirts, these three rural houses recently rehabilitated.
It has been tried a rustic atmosphere, with a very careful decoration and high quality, which makes the stay very comfortable. But the main attraction is the exterior: quiet, secluded, with a patio and a 3,000 m2 garden with views of the Peña Redonda, a symbol of the area.
The house of 8 counts on the ground floor with a living room - kitchen - dining room next to the warmth of the fireplace and a toilet. On the first floor and at the back, the structure of a double bed room of 1.50, another of two beds of 90 and a full bathroom is repeated.
The garden is fenced and has 150m2 with barbecue and shade of the lime tree. At night, you can enjoy a starry sky.
As a novelty, we have wifi.
The arrival time can be from 2pm and for departure, except on difficult days, the departure can be mid-afternoon.

La dueña es muy servicial, te facilita mucho la estancia y te brinda información sobre la zona.

La casa es estupenda para hasta 7 u 8 personas. Situada en un lugar super tranquilo... muy limpia y acogedora. No faltaba de nada. Elena, muy amable y comunicativa en todo momento, pendiente de informarnos sobre cualquier duda.
Dos cosas a reseñar que los que vivimos en una gran ciudad, tenemos olvidado: EL SILENCIO Y EL FIRMAMENTO.
Ya no recordaba lo que es el silencio "absoluto" y mucho menos ver las estrellas por la noche. Hacía años que no veía tantas estrellas, ya que en el jardin de la casa apenas hay contaminación lumínica.... ni de la otra.
En fin... estancia muy aconsejable para quien quiera "curarse" un poco el estrés. Repetiremos sin duda.

Hemos estado 10 días , toda la familia y solo puedo decir que han sido unas vacaciones perfectas . La cada esta en las afueras del pueblo (tranquilisimo), los habitantes del pueblo muy amables y cariñosos. Recomendable comprar miel recién recolectada (BUENISIMA). Es un buen punto de partida para rutas y visitas culturales por la zona. Lo mejor el trato con la dueña Elena (un encanto ). A ver si podemos repetir la experiencia en invierno y disfrutar de la chimenea.

Espaciosa, acogedora, jardín, chimenea si gustas, al lado de las Fuentes Carrionas, Cervera del Pisuerga, Aguilar de Campo y de la villa romana de La Olmeda (Saldaña), de un sinfín de pueblos y paisajes con románico, rutas... qué más se puede pedir. La casa de cuatro plazas no resulta nada pequeña, con habitaciones, baños y salón suficientemente amplios, la decoración podéis verla en la galería de fotos. No está lejos Fromista, Carrión e incluso Palencia, pero con todo lo que puedes ver y recorrer, recomendiendo no alejarse excesivamente.
