About this apartment rental

Charming duplex of 120 m2 near the beach with sea and mountain views.
Spacious, bright and well equipped. From its east facing terrace you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea with views of the island of Gran Canaria, a relaxed breakfast, a romantic dinner with the moon rising over the sea, or simply sunbathing with total privacy.

ACCOMMODATION
-Internet connection via high-speed WIFI (fiber optic 300 MB) with good coverage throughout the house thanks to the availability of signal repeater.
-Full kitchen in which you can prepare meals of guests, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso type coffee machines (capsules not included), classic, kettle, juicer, washing machine.
Enough kitchenware to cook and serve all guests with a variety of utensils.
-Terrace with magnificent views on the upper floor covered with artificial turf and equipped with counter and sink to facilitate outdoor meals, 2 sun beds, folding table, chairs. Next to the terrace there is a small play room with toilet (toilet + washbasin) and a sofa bed and where you will also find some board games, cards, darts and some toys for the little ones.
- Cozy, comfortable and functional living room with a very comfortable Chaiselongue sofa, air conditioning, 47 "Smart TV and PC connected to the TV. You can watch your favorite channels, watch and download movies, watch DVD, etc. It also has a balcony.
-Bedroom with a double bed, large closet
- Secondary bedroom with two single beds, small wardrobe.
-Travel cot available on request (confirm availability).
-Full main bathroom. Washbasin-toilet area separated from the rest which can be used simultaneously by 2 people with privacy.
Towels, sheets, etc. sufficient for all guests.

We have maps of the island as well as various tourist information in brochures.

You can clean the house during your stay, ordering it in advance and that will be paid for an extra charge.

Possibility to rent a bicycle and GPS at a reasonable price.

COMMON ZONES
-2 swimming pools One facing east and the other west to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
-Parking private. If you are going to have a vehicle, you can use a free underground parking space that will allow you to keep the vehicle cool, or there is also an open-air plot within the same urbanization.

ATTENTION TO GUESTS
During your stay, guests will have at their disposal for any need, query or question that may arise. Not only about housing, but also about places of cultural interest, restaurants, customs, popular festivals, culture, etc.
We personally assist guests on arrival.
We offer pick-up service at the airport or bus station.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is located in a private urbanization with easy and fast access to the highway. The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

Nearby you have all the necessary services for daily life such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station, cafeteria, bars, even a Mac Donald. The maritime promenade and the shopping area with many shops, restaurants, etc. can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
Candelaria is an old fishing village with a lot of charm. Currently also the place of residence and summer holidays of the local people, with which they will be able to live the experience of the true life of the Canarian.
There is only one hotel. It is located away from the mass tourist destinations of the island but strategically located to visit the different points of interest of the island. It is the perfect place for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife, since it is located in a strategic area, close to the capital and the motorway links with the north and south of the island.
The area is well connected by public transport. In front of the urbanization there is a bus stop.

Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a market of agricultural products where you can buy vegetables, fruit, honey, cheese, etc. directly to the producers.

Within the village you can go walking.
To discover the island better, it is recommended to rent a vehicle, although you can also access most places of interest by bus.

Rafa was a very helpful and friendly host who greeted us on arrival. The apartment was lovely. It is very well equipped and nicely furnished and we loved the view of the sea from the roof terrace. There is access to two pools which weren't very busy, even in the summer holidays. We loved the area as it was very Spanish and particularly liked nearby Candelaria which was a charming town with a black sand beach. My kids loved the ice-cream parlours. You can walk there in about half an hour but we drove as it was hot. You can also take a short but steep walk down to a small, rocky, black sand beach at Las Caletillas and there are a few restaurants there. We liked Méson Casa Pepe which was very good value. It's a great location for seeing the island with easy access to lovely places to visit. La Laguna, Santa Cruz, la Orotava, Anaga Mountains, Mount Teide, Playa de la Teresitas (white sand) etc. We had a car but there were bus stops just by the apartment. A decent sized Mercadona supermarket was just down the road. This was our first visit to Tenerife and we loved the island, the varied landscape and the friendly people.

This apartment is equipped, furnished and decorated to a very good standard. It is within a quiet, gated, mixed occupancy complex, a short walk to the sea and an even shorter walk to an excellent local supermarket. There are good local facilities. With access to a car (secure underground parking is included) the holiday towns and beaches of the south of the island, the historic towns of the north coast, the capital of Santa Cruz and the lovely Anaga rural park are easily accessible. The private rooftop terrace with its sea view and sight of distant Gran Canaria (on a good day!) was a lovely place for an alfresco meal. Any fears we may have had about the closeness of the motorway proved groundless, the excellent sound barrier and the design of the complex meant we were not aware of it. Rafa proved an excellent and helpful host ... and if you get the chance to join him for his informative walk through a banana plantation don't pass it up!

Are stay at this property was very enjoyable, it is very clean and very well equipped with all you need to live like a local. The owner made the booking process easy with excellent communication, he even checked on us from time to time . The location is very Spanish and most definitely our favourite location on the Island!! Would strongly recommend this property
