Struttura comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia, devi solo attraversare la strada e ad un passo dal centro di Vieste. Case in muratura ombreggiate ed attorniate da piante.

La posizione molto comoda sia rispetto alla spiaggia che al paese. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il giardino.

La distanza dal mare e la piscina che era molto grande e pulita . Il bagnino molto simpatico e disponibile
La casetta in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto claustrofobica ( non riesci a muoverti soprattutto nella stanza più piccola). La nota negativa sono stati i materassi troppi datati e macchiati e anche la pulizia che abbiamo trovato appena arrivati, è stata effettuata in maniera superficiale.
