Unbeatable price quality located in a small San Vito center, but with all the facilities present. The apartment is located in the south-eastern coast of Sardinia in an ideal geographic context just a few kilometers of the most suggestive beaches of Eastern Sardinia. Equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning. A 20-minute drive by car you will reach the beaches of Costa Rey and the beaches of Villasimius's well-known coastal center. The country is also ideal for nature lovers and sportsmen. You can make walking and cycling trails immersed in uncontaminated nature.
San Vito is 8 km from the beach of San Giovanni di Muravera, and you can reach in 20 minutes the most beautiful beaches on the south east coast, such as Feraxi, Costa Rei and Villasimius, along the comfortable freeway.
The country, surrounded by a large plain of citrus groves, maintains solid agro-pastoral traditions, a simple lifestyle away from the clamor of mass tourism resorts.
You can visit the municipal museum that houses temporary exhibitions, the launeddas academy, an old wind instrument built in canes, of which San Vito boasts excellent musicians, ancient churches located on the hills of S. Lussorio and S. Priamo and the abandoned mining areas of Monte Narba and Brecca.
It is about an hour from the port and airport of Cagliari and the port of Arbatax. Due to its geographical position it is an excellent starting point for excursions to Sardinia and Ogliastra.
From San Vito, along the Flumendosa valley, immersed in the smells and colors of Mediterranean scrub, you reach the steep mountains of Gerrei and the villages of Villasaltoe Armungia. An experience not to be missed, especially in spring and autumn.

La casa di San Vito Via Cavour è grande, spaziosa e multiaccessoriata. Gabriella è un'host attenta e molto disponibile. Troverete consigli per la vacanza, stoviglie a volontà, condizionatori perfettamente funzionanti, biancheria di qualità e per qualunque esigenza avrete ascolto e supporto. Siamo stati molto bene e il paesino ha tutto ciò che serve a poca distanza. Per andare al mare serve l'auto, ma da 10 a 30 minuti massimo ci sono le spiagge più belle della Sardegna.

Siamo stati 7 giorni in massimo relax appartamento pulito spiagge stupende i proprietari gentilissimi volere di piu'??andate anche voi non vi pentirete lo consiglio grazie anche a Piera sempre pronta x qualsiasi necessita'.

Come da titolo, riepilogo che la vacanza è stata perfetta, l'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, molto spazioso e ideale per chi vuole visitare spiagge diverse ogni giorno.
Non preoccupatevi se Vi manca qualcosa, perchè i Sig.ri Burgioni sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica e sicuramente Vi accontenteranno, una sera noi ci siamo fermati a Villasimius per la cena, ci hanno aperto casa loro per concederci una doccia di ritorno dalla spiaggia. Grazie ancora per il bellissimo ricordo che conserveremo e ci auguriamo di riverdervi presto.
