É um "chalé" tamanho família com sala grande dois quartos com duas camas cada quarto, um banheiro funcionando perfeitamente, com chuveiro elétrico agradável funcionando e com uma vasão boa, localização boa e com estacionamento algo difícil para a região, o jardim dentro do terreno onde fica o chalé é muito agradável, o anfitrião super gente boa e solicito, tem 1 tv na sala e geladeira grande na cozinha.
a rua é bem estreita e apertada dificultando um pouco a questão de estacionar (mas é uma característica da cidade e não só apenas da rua onde ficar o estabelecimento, o barulho dos carros que passam pela tua entra bastante no quarto.

Local tranquilo, chalé espaçoso com todos os itens necessários.
Deixou a desejar na limpeza. O Box estava com odor de urina e as toalhas não estavam bem lavadas, tinham um cheiro forte.

Falta microondas e uma Churrasqueira , mesmo que fosse elétrica ESSENCIAL !! Instalações antigas precisando de substituição .
