About this house rental
Our little house, perfect for couples, is situated in a quiet part of Rovinjsko Selo, a village with shops and restaurant vlose to Rovinj. A supermarket is on walking distance to the house as well as excellent coffee bar for your morning espresso. A private parking is in front of the house. The terrace with a pool, enclosed with a wall, is perfect size for a couple. A bbq, a table chairs and 2 sun loungers are here as well. The house is on 2 levels, connected with interior stairs. On the ground floor we have a kitchen with sitting corner, fireplace and sat TV, dining table, range of cupboards and all equipment you might need to prepare your meals. For your convenience, on the ground floor is also a little toilette and washing machine. A staircase from the ground floor leads to the open plan double bedroom with a balcony and ensuite bathroom. We also have a little desk for lap top here, and free WIFI. We live nearby and are at your disposal in case you need any help or information, otherwise the privacy of our guests is our priority. We find the house very comfortable, ideal for a couple, we tried to furnish and decorate it with great care, and to provide all the equipment our guests might need to make their stays as comfortable as possible. We hope you find a holiday spent at our place very pleasant and memorable :)

Thank for Ervin, for renting us your lovely house. Everything was just perfect. Both indoor and outdoor area lived fully up to our expectations. Everything was clean and in great condition.
Only two minor drawbacks - pool could be warmer and internet could be better. But these small things did not erase our 5 Star experience. Our best recommendations to this property

Just got home from another stay in Apartment Ester, in the beautiful Croatian area of Istria. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in the one bedroom house and we will be booking yet again for next year as it offers everything that we love in a holiday. The location is great; the village of Rivinjsko Selo has everything that you need - a bakery, bars, little supermarket and a decent restaurant. Its just a few km away from Rovinj, which is beautiful. I am a keen cyclist so Apartment Ester is well placed for exploring the local areas, such as the Limski Kanal, by bike. The little house is just perfect with a great pool for cooling off and a nice, private decking area for relaxing and eating. The attention to detail in the property is meticulous and everything has been very well thought out. There is a washing machine, dish washer, wifi, gas BBQ, lots of fluffy white towels and even a computer, if you didnt want to bring your own laptop. Ervine is extremely helpful, friendly and always on hand if you need anything. We have stayed in many countries, in many holiday properties across Europe but this is, by far, our absolute favourite! Thank you to Ervine and his family for another wonderful holiday in Croatia. We cant wait to go back!
