The apartment is situated on the third floor of a listed building, with main entrance on the Cours Saleya, with its daily flower and vegetable market and it is 200m from the beach.
The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with Satellite TV and radio, 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and 4 electric rings; shower room, separate WC. There is a tumble dryer. A single folding bed is available on request. The apartment is North West facing. Broadband and WiFi available.
On the doorstep are an abundance of restaurants, cafes, the fresh fruit and flower market, and the charming Ruelles of vieux Nice.
Underground parking available (payant) 50m.
The apartment is easily accessible from the airport by tram to taxi. Ideally situated for discovering Nice.
Skiing: Buses are available to the ski resorts from Nice Gare Routiere, a short walk through the old town. It is possible to do return day trips.

We loved this location for ease to get to the sea, promenade, enjoying Nice Old Town, the daily market, walking to the marina area, train, bus, and tram stations and enjoying evening walks to enjoy the lights and sounds of Nice.

This is a great location in old town Nice, right on the Cours Saleya market and less than a block to the promenade and beach. Close to restaurants and bars and all the attractions that Nice has to offer. The unit is well equipped with 2bedrooms, living and dining area.

Overall enjoyable, right in front of market. Do not take too much luggage since the appartment is on 4th floor with no lift. Bathroom is tiny!
