Apartments Riva

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. With the windows closed, the street noise was not an issue at all. We’ve visited Baška many times and stayed at different places, but this one truly stands out – excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, mindenhez közel van. A ház alatt éttermek vannak, de csukott ablakkal egyáltalán nem zajos. A parkoló nincs közel, de reggel oda lehet menni az apartmanhoz autóval ki és bepakolni.

Egy hajszárító jól jött volna.

Riva Apartments is only a few steps from the closest beach and from the boat port. It is so close, you can come in to relax a bit anytime. Renting an umbrella is unnecessarry. Bedroom has a wonderful sea view to the bay (if you got the larger apartman on the second floor). Beds are comfortable, there are much space and cabinets for stuffs. Other reviews are mentioning that nearby restaurants are noisy at night, but with closed windows you cant hear anything, even with opened windows its ok. Parking is included in the price, parking space is 2-300 meters far from the house, but you can enter the pedestrian area by using access card between 6-11am each day. You can store inflated SUP at the house at the entrance.

Kitchen is poorly equipped, dont expect to able to cook things beyond most simple foods.

The apartment was very nice, clean, cozy, and romantic. It looked exactly like in the photos. It’s spread over two floors, which makes it ideal for a family with two children — there was plenty of space. Air conditioning was available on both levels and cooled the air pleasantly in a short time. There is a restaurant on one side of the building that's open until late at night, but it didn't bother us at all — we fell asleep quickly and slept very well. The apartment owner was very kind and helpful — he waited for us at the parking lot upon arrival and came in person to collect the keys when we were leaving. If we return to Baška in the future, we would happily stay in this accommodation again. Thank you!
