Spacious apartment well-furnished, superb balcony and view. Own kitchen. Good access to beach, bars and bus stop. Nice swimming-pool, modern and clean elevators. Weather :)
Cleanliness - upon arrival we had to wash the floor, table and WC - toilet was DIRTY. Simple microwave oven would help - gas stove is not so convenient + gas balloon in a room isn't very safe to keep. Wi-Fi or some international TV channels would've been a nice option.

The apartment has a dedicated parking place. There are two balconies. The layout of the apartment is also very practical. Pool is well maintained.
The kitchen equipment was very poor. We had several service issues ( poor water supply, air- condition not properly functioning , draining problem in the bathroom), however all these problems were repaired within one day after report to the agency.

Location is fantastic, parking included, staff which maintain building is very responsiveness and polite.
Apartment is in fair condition, especially master bedroom.
Check in time was negotiable and can be agreed for earlier arrival.
Apartment was not per-checked prior to our arrival, there was no Gas in the stove, bed in the living room was broken, there were couple of glasses that were cracked and left for use, yet all of this is resolved quite fast.
Description is not correct regarding the pricing of apartment, in Fine Print it is not stated that you have to pay additional 50 EUR for the sunbed on beach.
