Perfect location. amazing reef.
Zaki was very helpful with room requests, we had wonderful stay and definitely will come back!
A challenge to find a place to relax on the beach if not came early to catch your umbrella.

Breakfast was the best meal and the staff are all lovely, especially Zaki on reception. Some of the food was a bit bland but overall very good.
Signs to Happy Life need to be clearer, especially at night. The road leading to the hotel was a bit bumpy and rocky.

Mr Mina Auad at reception at Happy Life Village was very helpful and friendly. He went the extra mile to accommodate us. He is professional, well spoken and can converse is several languages. Great service!!
Not enough shaders/umbrellas at the beach and beach beds available. This leads to people booking their places in early morning and you never have the opportunity later to find a spot. There should also be more information available on the snorkeling, information on reef etiquette which will help protect the reef. Outdoor showers and places to rinse snorkels and flippers will be useful.
