Hotel Lido

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lido Mamaia and would happily return. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for a room with a sea view on a higher floor, and they also allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary sunbeds were a great benefit and the staff was incredibly kind. What we loved most, however, was how genuinely pet-friendly the hotel is. Finding a place that welcomes pets can be challenging, and Hotel Lido made us feel that our dogs were just as welcome as we were. Thank you to the entire team!

For me is a nostalgic flavor. I did take my elderly mom there to see the Black Sea. For that purpose the hotel was excellent, nice view of the sea from the balcony, quiet, clean. The hotels are updated from way back when I was a child. Too bad that the restaurant downstairs this year was closed and had to go to the hotel next door.

There is a very noisy club close by to the Left side of the hotel with loud music, though when one closes the door, and puts the A/C on the room is quiet.

It is a very good hotel for 3 stars. Big rooms with a big fridge, no mandatory to pay for the breakfast, the umbrella and the chairs included in room price. No extra payment for parking.

Hotel from the communist era that feels well-build with large hallways, big rooms and a pleasant reception staff. Free sunbeds(with umbrella) for all guests. Pricing was better than other hotels.

Since it's an old hotel, the furniture feels old because it is old. :) The curtains needs to be upgraded to 2026 standards; as it stands, you will wake up when the sun does because the curtains do not block the sun light. It does not have enough parking spots for all guests, so I had to park at neighboring hotels at times.
