Apartamentos Plaza

Extra large room in an old and historic building, but well kept. Great location onto one of the historic squares of the town.

Full of character, spacious well equipped

Extracting key from secured box was extremely difficult…at one point I’d surrendered to the possibility I had been sent the wrong code.

Location was fantastic- everything that we wanted to see was a very short walk away! The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Someone mentioned the loud noise in a previous review- that is true if you have the fan on high, but if you turn it to medium, the noise goes away. We loved the outside deck, however, it was a bit dangerous to get to. Part of the stoop was broken and you have to take a step up to access it. Then you immediately take five steps down, and since the outside light was not working, it made it tricky in the dark.

The location was great. The patio off the bedroom was very nice. The room was adequate, and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and there were enough covers (February). We had the heating on briefly and it worked well. The bathroom was very nice.

The climb to the top floor, 4-1/2 flights (especially for two 75 year-olds) was difficult and the stairs were a bit steep. The only amenity was a fridge -- no coffee maker, no microwave. None of the photos show a room as small as our was, although some photos on sites are not as accurate as they could be.
