About this apartment rental
- Located in the center of the city 1 minute from the Plaza Mayor, Cathedral or Teatro Calderón ... Newly renovated. It has 2 rooms for 3 people. Completely equipped (Household, linens, towels ...) Very cozy
- It has a large terrace of 20 m2 with table, chairs and excellent views of the cathedral.

- Living-dining room (table and four chairs, large reclining sofa with chaise longe, 32-inch plasma TV)
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave ... cleaning products and household goods)
- Two bedrooms (double bed with large wardrobe and a single bed, provided with sheets, duvets...)
- New bathroom with large sink, cabinets and shower with glass screen and radiator-towel rack (Towels, gel, shampoo ...)
- Interior gallery (Washing machine and tendal)
Services and common areas:
- Apartment completely renovated with all kinds of accessories: TV, Wifi, heating, kitchenware, bed linen, towels ..

- There is a public underground parking in the Cathedral, next to the apartment (There are vouchers / discount to park up to 15 days for about € 60).
- To park for free can be done crossing the river about 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment.

- The building is located in a beautiful cultural square in the historical center with places to alternate (bars, restaurants ...) very close to the main tourist areas such as museums, churches, palaces, historical buildings, theaters ... or areas of bars, restaurants, tapas ... to enjoy the cuisine and good wine of the city. It is also close to the famous Mercado del Val and several supermarkets.

The apartment is in a great, central location. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive & easy to communicate with.

Beautiful penthouse apartment with lovely balcony and view. Well appointed with everything you need. Our hostess was easy to deal with. We were able to walk everywhere and there is a grocery store within a ten minute walk.
