i rally liked the location as the hotel is far from downtown and situated not far from Shanshui beach! we had a motorcycle so it was pretty convenient to go around the island ~
very comfortable beds~
the owners are a lovely couple, they helped in offering the shuttle bus, to rent the motorcycle as well as introduce some activities to do on the island (they only speak Chinese though but they didn’t mind go the extra mile and use google translate with us when needed)~
1. There is a public speaker close to the hotel, it would make some announcements every now and then throughout the morning…. it starts at approximately 7 am…
2. the walls are pretty not that thick, we had noisy neighbors and we could hear all their movements and conversations. I had to knock on their door at a moment to ask them to lower their noises in order for me to sleep!
