HOTEL Palais Villa Talaa Resort

Loved the access to the Hotel, you don't expect to find such beauty . Staff was super fiendly and helpful Pool, so refreshing after a lomg drive Dinner absolutely amazing Totally recommend

This Palais is a quiet gem! The rooms are ridiculously lavish in Moroccan style, the grounds provide easy access to private gardens and many places for quiet. The pool is very nice. But the staff is top level!!! They treated us like royalty, and attended to our every need.

There is a little bit of cosmetic deferred maintenance, but nothing that affects the value.

The pool, the room’s decoration and atmosphere, Zahra, Ghislaine and Mohammed were truly lovely staff and did everything they could to make us happy!

There could be immense potential in this beautiful oasis of peace, bird twitter, gardens and architecture. Unfortunately, lack of water and a huge lack of investment on behalf of ownership/management have let the resort deteriorate to a point that we left half-way through our stay: We booked a suite with river view: were given a suite without river-view, which turned out just as well as there is no river… No TV nor channels…, no executive lounge…, no WiFi in the room, no sauna, no hammam (not in use), bath unusable due to drought, no hairdryer, no ironing equipment, no dressing gowns.. one soap and a small rest of shower gel in the shower - bring your own!, the small trickle of water that came out of the shower was either boiling hot or cold The room/suite that we had apparently booked did not exist. We booked two massages which were good, but the shower facilities in the “spa” were broken The SPA’s Hammam is not in use The pool shower (outside) had no knob… There were very few other clients and absolutely nothing to do in the evenings, seeing we had no WiFi in the room nor TV Please either change your description of what is to be expected in the category of room booked, or push the owners/management for serious repairs
