We loved everything

The third time we have stayed here. Agonda is a hidden gem and the sunset beach resort is the best food and value for money. Staff are amazing and the relaxed atmosphere and the fact you are on the beach which is cleaned everyday is perfect.

Sea facing rooms are really tired and in need of some tlc, wetroom facilities were poor. A poor standard of cleanliness, crushed cockroach under the bedside table. Hair gathered in wetroom drain. Tap not fixed to sink. This wasn't a great experience for me, I had travel issues caused by the middle east conflict along with food poisoning. I was in contact with the accommodation.owner who was helpful but the front of house staff made me feel very unwelcome. They were so friendly when I arrived but made me feel horribly uncomfortable for a few days of my visit. I'm a female solo traveller so experiencing bad luck along with unfriendly hospitality felt difficult. It was also expensive, I appreciate that I was paying for the location.
