The hotel has a wonderful location, the mountains view is amazing, location it's perfect for all Eje Cafetero adventures.
The most we like was the service we had, John, Juan and Sherly were amazing Breakfast we got served like kings they surprised you every morning.

Amazing and friendly staff. Felt like at a local family house but with the privacy and space for me to enjoy the space on my own.

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful place with stunning and mesmerizing view! The place is in the top of the mountain, with a cozy cafe in the middle of a pond and nice restaurant. There is a hiking route from the hotel, really nice! The breakfast is amazing, delicious… another level of taste! Location is perfect! The service is 100 from 10! I strongly recommend the place!

We location is super with the best view of this beautiful region. John and Juan are very good hosts. The breakfast was also very good.
We found some signs of mold and reported this to the staff. John reacted very quickly and gave us a new room. Next day we notice a crew was repairing the mentioned issue. Great response and attitude.
