A delightful surprise

Excellent, modern hotel. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Superb facilities and very pleasing room with a harbour view. Restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast was extremely good too.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. This is a very managed and well appointed hotel.

Some of the staff didn’t seem to know their rolls, and were very slow and non attention to needs Especially in the restaurant were it was difficult to get attention. Front desk was excellent.

Easy to access, ample parking and a spacious, comfortable room overlooking the marina. An enjoyable evening meal in the restaurant, and an impressive choice of food served at breakfast.

Great location for getting around Cherbourg. View of the harbour amazing and secure parking a real plus.

You are right next to the shopping centre and Carrefour so finding the car park felt like you were driving down a goods entrance but that was a minor point

A comfortable stay in Cherbourg before catching the ferry.

Parking on site, a spacious and comfortable room -plus bathroom, The breakfast had a good choice of food. Lifts gave access to the upper floors. Tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning. A 5minute journey to the car ferry.

Milk should be made available in the bedroom for hot drinks. Getting to the hotel in Cherbourg was a nightmare. There was no signage from the main road nearby indicating a right turn leading to the hotel It was only sign-posted on arrival at the hotel! Other hotels had signage. The combination of roadworks and one-way systems meant we spent almost an hour getting to it even though we could see it and had GPS!!

Excellent room overlooking the port. Right in the centre so plenty of restaurants nearby. Stayed for 1 night before getting on ferry back to Portsmouth

The hotel is super close to all amenities + the port ferry so I will definitely come back.

The Junior Suite overlooking the port had an amazing vista. The room was super spacious.

I thought the breakfast buffet should be set up in the light so that you could see clearly what is on offer - also, with Covid, the proximity between guests made me feel very uncomfortable.
