Lake Villas

Het uitzicht, het zwembad, locatie, dicht bij eetgelegenheden, centraal ten opzichte van de grote steden, dichtbij strand, rustige omgeving, veel bergruimte in de slaapkamers

de binnenkant van het huis. Achterstallig onderhoud, de communicatie met de beheerder. geen electriciteit in de badkamer, er was een bureaulamp neergezet onder het stof, 1 bed was hevig doorgezakt en gebroken, met kussens hebben we dit opgelost, kastjes van de keuken waren allemaal verzakt, de lades sloten niet, koffiezetapparaat was stuk, geen wijnglazen en een verschrikkelijke koekenpan (glazen en pan hebben we zelf gekocht), ligstoelen en stoelen bij het zwembad waren stuk.

Stunning views, great location (several fabulous tavernas within 5-10 mins walk), air conditioning in every room and great communication from owner. Close to features on north coast - amazing beaches, Rethymno, Georgioupoli and supermarkets.

Some TLC needed in and around property, facilities of an age (all working and reflected in price). Close to neighbours, both sets during our stay were no issue.

The area was perfect, near the lake with plenty of small cafes and shops about!

Lake villas is in a beautiful location close to a freshwater lake and the sea, the views are breathtaking! The villa itself is well appointed and air conditioned. Our friends rented the villa next door which meant we could really enjoy both houses and pools and dine together every night.

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
