    Honestly this resort is in a great location, the facility itself is quite nice, the breakfast buffet is reasonable and the beach in front of the resort is stunning. However the management clearly do not value their guests like family. For me when staying at a boutique hotel, I want to know that I’m staying somewhere that actually appreciates my business. We stayed here for 7 nights and had a serious issue where the AC stopped working and we needed to change to a new room at 9pm at night. Very inconvenient. We were told to take only what we needed for the night and we could come back in the morning. The same thing happened the next night. Two nights in a row! Even after the repairmen spent all morning fixing the AC. Unbelievable. I waited to see if the management/owner would offer us any compensation for the inconvenience or make any gesture of apology. They didn’t. Then they tried to charge me for an extra day’s scooter rental when I was back 2 hours late after renting the bike for 7 total days. I wouldn’t stay there again.
