Everything. It was a traditional cute cottage on the outside and modern and comfortable on the inside. Equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Beautiful grounds and lots of privacy. A real gem!

Lovely location . Beds were good . Bring your own food as there is nowhere around to eat when you arrive.
We had planned on a BBQ on arrival but no BBQ was found. So electric frypan had to do. Unfortunately no oil or foil to cook with or keep things clean .when you are travelling around Tassie you don’t ring those things. All other places had those basic things plus better coffee .
Luckily we found the Resort at Srathgordon had a great restaurant for lunch the next day.

Will definitely be staying again. You will never truly know what this little place did for us. How much healing it bought us. After my little guy was hurt by his dad… it was wonderful to feel so safe and allow him to run free, hear his laughter as he splashed in the creek. To let go and run free, free ourselves of such a painful journey. Thank you.
Please never sell!!! Or at least until we are ready to buy. ☺️

This property is truly stunning. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and very well thought out. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was really good and the temps were super hot. The river running at the back of the property makes this place truly magical. Being able to leave the extra large sliding door open and listen the the running water was so soothing.
The only 2 things this property needed was a clothes dryer (as it was raining non stop whilst i was there) and access to WiFi as the phone reception is very poor in this area. I also didn't like how short my stay was. There is so much gorgeous scenery to enjoy around Gordon Dam and I wish I had the time to stay here longer.
