Beautiful convenient friendly environment

The place has absolutely beautiful , in a natural environment and every furniture was made from natural wood. The host, Monica,was very helpful with any information we needed and the breakfast she made was delicious with fresh local products. The view of the mountains just outside from the balcony was great. The ski storage room was also very nice. The best Value for money , recommend it for sure

Lovely accomodation with very friendly owners. The Berghof is only a few minutes away from St. Johann (by car but also walkable). The rooms are very clean and homely. Breakfast is superb! Can only recommend!

Good value for good price

Bed was comfortable, bathroom with good bath. Very good view. Very friendly and understanding hostess.. Deer farm is amazing!. Room for a ski is a big plus. House is located outside from the city, quiet place.

From my subjective point of view, there was some issues: 1. Very thin walls. There is no silence and privacy. You can hear the alarm from the next room. 2. .No steam outlet pipe. 3. The wooden style of the rooms, absolutely the best. However, in return, unfortunately, you can get a splinter. Especially that works on the balcony,, just be aware of that is enough, I think.

Cozy, charming guesthouse in an idyllic Tirolean village

Beautiful location, a very tranquil and authentic experience. The family that runs this guesthouse are very kind and wonderful hosts. Breakfast was excellent and the herd of reindeer on the property added so much charm!

Wonderful stay, you can definitely rest there

We receive free upgrade to apartment upon arrival. It was very climatic, cosy stay. The apartment is decorated very nice and is spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft. We got everything we needed. Fantastic views from windows all the time. Breakfasts were great, products used were mostly locally, even from their own farm and the variety of food was big. There is big parking at place so you don’t need to worry about it. Monica was very helpful, hospitable and kind during our stay. She told us about places to go and help us plan our trips. Definitely we will come back there!

There might be covering curtain placed in bathroom instead of (or additionally to) half-transparent ones.

Monica and her husband are great hosts. we have got triple room with balcony , great mountain view. the shower was .superb , beds are comfortable after day of ski Breakfast was good

Beautiful area, great breakfasts. Monika is very friendly and fluent in English. Lots of little perks, like beer from the local Huber brewery and a guest card for free transit and many discounts.

Lovely place

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful stay. The owner is very kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was clean. Location is beautiful and quiet, with a lovely mountain view every morning. A good place to visit Tirol.

super nette Gastgeber, absolut zu empfehlen der Ausblick, die Ruhe, wie ein Ankommen in einem 2. Zuhause außergewöhnlich war bereits die Ankunft - bei der uns direkt der Platzhirsch, welcher hinter dem Haus war, begrüßte! das Frühstück war einfach nur phänomenal! regional (Eier vom eigenen Hof) ausgiebig und der perfekte Start in den Tag - mit Ausflugtipps der Hauswirtin on top dazu 👍🏻

Eine wahre Ruheoase mit herrlichen Ausblick. Saubere, komfortable Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht! Im Frühstücksraum gibt es jederzeit Getränke, Snacks und selbstgemachte Sachen. Die Gastgeberin Monika hat uns tolle Tips gegeben, um viel zu sehen und zu erleben! So eine herzliche Frau :) Danke dafür! Unsere Ebikes konnten wir auch einstellen. Wir kommen wieder!

perfekte Unterkunft für St. Johann

Hervorragende Lage (Ausblick), abseits genug, um die Ruhe zu genießen aber nah genug, um in 5 Minuten überall zu sein. Monika ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Hat immer gute Laune, immer hilfsbereit und für jedes Wetter sowie jeden Anspruch ihrer Gäste die ideale Ausflugsmöglichkeit bzw. Tagesprogramm. Womöglich war sie auch verantwortlich für das tolle Wetter ;-) Vielen Dank an die ganze Familie für den schönen Urlaub

Superschön, sehr erholsam!

Mir hat vor allem die familiäre Atmosphäre gefallen. Danke, Monika, für deine offene & herzliche Art. Vor allem als allein Reisende war es für mich genau die passende Mischung zwischen Ruhe & super netten Unterhaltungen. Monika hat eine Menge Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge parat und unterstützt dabei noch mit praktischen Hinweisen („Denk daran dein Parkticket morgens direkt zu stempeln, dann hast du nachmittags keinen Zeitstress“.). Das Frühstück war hervorragend- es gab sogar ein Spiegelei in Herzform. Die Eier dabei von den hofeigenen Hühnern. Selbstgemachte Marmelade, regionaler Honig. Alles schön und individuell abgestimmt angerichtet. Abends gab es die Möglichkeit sich aus dem riesigen Teesortiment zu bedienen. Die Lage des Berghofes ist wunderschön, ruhig & mit bestem Ausblick. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
