Casas Rurales Tugasa Castillo de Castellar

The location was beautiful. The house was inside the castle and was old.

It felt moist. The bed linen was moist too. And the house was not easy to find because the staff did not give any info about how to find the house and where the breakfast was. It worked out fine but these small details make the stay even more special. And no reserved parking space for the hotel so you had to find a space somewhere and drag your stuff all the way up. Not a problem but a parking space a bit close to the entry of the castle would be nice. And yes. I don’t expect a parking space at the house itself of course:). But we had to park quite a long way down the road. So we took our stuff for the night out of luggage and only took necessary stuff up to the house.

Very atmospheric location in the maze of attractive pedestrianised alleys within the castle walls. Just across from the restaurant.

Kitchen and bathroom were a little basic but this was reflected in the price. Parking (outside the castle walls) was in short supply. It seems to be acceptable to go slightly further away along the road beyond the "Only Authorised Vehicles" signs.

Lovely staff and amazing location! Everything was beautiful and the restaurant food was fantastic!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable but fine for a couple of nights

Location is fantastic , old roman road for hiking is gorgeous, horse riding is exceeding expectations, Restaurant in the castle is really good

Old surfaces are difficult to keep clean Bed smell almost impossible to get rid of
