Syöte Cottage

Todella viihtyisä ja siisti mökki hyvällä paikalla. Saunassa oikein mukavat ja pehmeät löylyt. Keittiössä monipuolisesti ruoanlaittovälineitä. Omistajien talo vieressä, mutta sai kyllä olla aivan omassa rauhassa. Tulemme mieluusti uudemmankin kerran!

Super gemütliche Hütte mit allem was man braucht. Großartig war die Sauna und der Whirlpool. Wir konnten auch Schneeschuhe ausleihen. Es war wirklich ein wundervoller, magischer Ort und die Gastgeber so liebevoll. Ich hoffe wir sehen uns eines Tages wieder. Danke für alles. Wir wünschen euch das Beste.

If it wasn't for those bad problems mentioned before, our holiday would have been perfect. Beautiful, peaceful nature, nice hosts, small logwood cottage with a beautiful fireplace and a sauna. AND Jacuzzi under the Northern winter sky. What's not to love here? Besides the mould, I mean.

The cottage itself looks nice. Owner is one heartwarm person. Syöte is gorgeous. BUT the cottage has some serious problems with its ventilation that should be taken care of before it's rented again. Basically the house does not breathe. It's a major problem obviously, especially in a cottage with a sauna. Moist has done some serious damage already: there is a serious mould problem in the cottage. I'm not a specialist here but you should take notice when looking for accommodation. I think the house needs major renovating if it's not to be doomed to be demolished. Sorry to say this, but I need to be honest here.
