Os recepcionistas do hotel atendem super mal os hóspedes do flat, são mal educados, não dão informação!! São pessimos !! A estrutura do hotel está caindo aos pedaços !! Piscina estava com a água parecendo um pântano !! O apartamento precisa de uma reforma urgente !! Paredes mofadas !! Chuveiro péssimo, uma hora tá quente daqui a pouco toma uma jato frio nas costas!! Apartamento precisa de uma pintura geral !! Box dos banheiros cheios de lodo!!! Precisei prorrogar minha estadia a proprietária demorou um século para responde !!
