Excellent location, comfortable bed and lovely views

Excellent location just ten minutes walk away from the town and lovely views. The design of the room was lovely and a comfortable bed plus the hosts were helpful with storing luggage.

The only downside was the noise from the room above. Due to hard floors and children running around it was noisy from quite early so not as peaceful as we hoped for but overall a lovely stay.

Stunning

A stunning location and two balconies to admire the view. We truly did not want to leave. A beautiful calm bedroom with comfy bed and everything we needed. Beautiful toiletries and luxurious shower. Bakers and supermarket close by and the lake an easy ten minute walk.

Beyond expectations

Amazing position, super clean and stunning apartment, kitchen was also pretty furnished, which is rare. Tanja is an amazing and friendly host. The presence of a parking spot is a big plus, also they let us keep the car parked for a bit after check-out so we could go for breakfast. Recommend and we'll come back.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The photos do not do it justice. Unable to fault anything about our stay. Beautiful room with lovely touches, the most comfortable bed, amazing views and the staff were so accommodating and made our stay the best it could possibly be.

I would most definitely go back to Lake Bled and stay at the same property.

The property was very clean and modern. It was located at the heart of Lake Bled, only a few minutes away from the center. We could simply walk to the main attractions.

Great space in a great location.

The building is new and beautifully done. The apartment was a great layout for our family with the kids in the living area and my wife and I in the bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked breakfast a few mornings. They have their own Special wine which is available. The views off the balconies are incredible and the location is quiet but still walking distance to the lake. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

No major complaints. Just note the AC is in the living room only and closing the bedroom door leaves the room stuffy and warm.

Very clean and big apartment with 2 balconies. A great location, quiet place and not too far from the center and main attractions.

Apartment is located at the 2nd floor, it’s an attic and you need to take care of your head in some of the room corners.

Great place with modern and working facilities

The location was perfect. So close to everything and yet so peaceful. All the amenities were there, the breakfast option was great and communication with the staff very smooth. Nothing to complain about.

Great place to stay

Very comfortable bed, fresh towels provided when we asked. Excellent hairdryer, the slippers were a nice touch and excellent toiletries were provided. The fridge was very useful. Great check in time. The drying rack on the small balcony was very handy. Nice quiet location.

An iron would have been useful in the room. A bottle of water per guest would be appreciated. There was no shower cap in the shower cap box.

Comfortable stay for a few nights I was in Bled

I was happy with the size of the room and its layout. I appreciated the fact that the hosts provided a small laundry rack on the small balcony for guests to dry their clothes, and Gasper helped carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The room had ample hooks and a cupboard with hangers, as well as a long table which was ample for my needs. The big supermarket (go there instead of the smaller one in town), is less than a 10-minute walk away. Town, is another 10-minute walk in the opposite direction. I loved walking back to the hotel, it was peaceful, and I felt safe.

Found the bed a little soft, and in the mornings, I felt that there was a lack of hot water. No problem in the evenings at all.

A total dream vacation

Beautiful and very clean. Location was fabulous. Staff were so accommodating. Would recommend this property when visiting Bled. We had a wonderful stay and felt so at home with the kitchen facilities and balcony. Even has a dishwasher.

A lovely, peaceful stay on beautiful Lake Bled

The property is located within easy walking distance of the Lake but also in a quiet rural area away from the busy main road so that it was lovely and peaceful and surrounded by nature. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive The room was very comfortable and clean with a fridge and tea/coffee facilities

This property does not provide breakfast so we ordered it in from a local breakfast provider. I don't think it was really worth the money that we paid and I would not recommend it.

Good location in beautiful town

The accommodation advertised as ‘superior room’ was in fact a small room in the attic. After three days of banging our heads on the low hanging eaves and not being able to sit up in the bed we cut our losses on our seven day stay and moved elsewhere. Zero empathy from the host. There is much better accommodation at Lake Bled indeed as we discovered in the same street as this one. Strongly recommended to look elsewhere.

We were initially unsure if we were in the right place as locally the property is signed as Vila Special. We were looking for Design and Wine Vila Special as that is what it is called on Booking.com. Very good communication with the owners. Fabulous property, spotlessly clean and in a quiet location. A great base for exploring Lake Bled. Very good restaurant recommendations for dinner and all within a couple of minutes walk from the Vila. The bedroom and bathroom were well designed and had everything we needed including a safe, very nice toiletries, plenty of hangers, electrical sockets and fridge. Coffee and tea were provided but it may be an idea to provide milk too.

A real gem near Lake Bled, we loved everything. The location is just perfect, away from the crowded noisy area, but so close to everything, we walked everywhere. Beds were comfortable. The Special apartment where we stayed has two balconies with beautiful views over the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and greeted us in person. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful place!

Wow! Villa Special is Special!!

Villa Special is outstanding! Ease of check in which was more a welcome😊. We were in Treasure and the apartment was gorgeous. The decor,furnishings and detail made this the stand out stay of our 5 week travelling holiday! Added bonus was a recommendation(when asked) for dinner which just made our visit to Lake Bled exceptional. Highly recommend a stay at this property. Easy walking to Lake.

The Vila was all very modern and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Our room was the perfect size for us and we had a kitchen and balcony. The views from our balcony were beautiful too, we would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't a swimming pool or jacuzzi but I think it's very rare for vilas in Bled to have these facilities.

there was not cleaning, didn’t meet the owners, no wine tasting which we looked forward to but was not available. time of year so not their fault. would have been nice to have housekeeping as we stayed 2 nights. no breakfast so would have been nice to have area to make something. as no cleaning no refills of tea or coffee which would have been nice as only enough for 1 day
