When we checked in late we were given a twin room which we requested but unfortunately it was the room on the ground floor next to reception. After the first night where my daughter couldn’t sleep due to the noise of other guests in reception I asked to change rooms the next morning. My request was dealt with promptly and professionally; we were moved to another twin room on the second floor which was much quieter and had a good view out the back of the hotel.
The staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great with lots of options, especially Indonesian cuisine, which changed daily. We both had a 1 hour massage which was absolutely lovely after 3 days of travel but beware, construction work is taking place which only mildly disrupted the experience. It was still a gorgeous massage.
The pool is a great pool to be able to swim and do lengths but unfortunately there are t really enough loungers and it doesn’t get much sun in the afternoon. It is beautifully maintained though and the loungers are comfy. There is sun in the morning for a spot of sunbathing.

So many varieties of breakfast everyday, the services in overall are great, the staffs are all friendly and good manners, all staffs treated everyone equally regardless you’re locals or foreigners. Thumbs up!
That we couldn’t stay 1 day longer due to fully booked rooms.
