Location was very good for the town and shops, the villa and pool were a good size and nice lay out - could be very impressive if modernised but unfortunately it was quite run down and scruffy. There were a number of things broken on arrival, things were dusty and it seemed the house had not been stayed in for some time. The salt water pool was excellent and good amount of outdoor furniture.
We were happy enough with our stay considering the price. I think the villa owner could make a lot more if the villa was spruced up a bit.
It was not made clear at original booking in the advert that this was managed through Homeservice Santa Susanna, that the keys were to be collected from an office and that linens were extra
