We liked mostly the location (very central) and the price. We also had a good impression of the owner and the person who gave us the key.
We had a huge communication problem with Novasol, who rented the apartment on behalf of the owners. We had a really bad impression of the company - they gave us the wrong contact of the owner twice (we wanted to contact the owner to see if we could check-in one hour later). When I sent an e-mail explaining that the phone number they had given us was wrong, they gave me the same number. Then they told us that they couldn't reach the owners either, but that it should be ok for us to travel to Pula without any contact of the person who should give us the key (which is a total lack of concern for us - what if the bus got late and we didn't have a way to contact the owner? What if there was any problem and we needed to contact the accommodation?). It took a lot of emails until we got an e-mail from the owner one day before our arrival. I will never again rent apartments managed by Novasol.
Concerning the apartment, there's no wifi (but it's written on the conditions), The bathroom got flooded any time we would have a shower, no matter how careful we tried to be. The curtain for the shower is too short - something that could be easily fixed and thus significantly improve the quality of the experience in the apartment.
We saw a scorpion outside, but that was not exactly a negative aspect, because we never saw it again.

It’s an old apartment in the center of Pula. So you can reach everything by walking . It was very clean, and everything was there what you need. The fridge and air condition was great at these hot days.
There were towels, freshly washed, but one was full of blood.
It’s really dark. And you can not open the windows completely because the cats around will come inside.

The location was perfect! Everything is in walking distance even the bus stop that takes you to the beach.
During our stay we saw quite some house centipedes at night time…
