The location is fantastic with a bus going to both nearby ski resorts regularly and free of charge. If you want to stay out in Morzine it’s an uphill but doable walk. The property is warm and comfortable with a lovely warm shower perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans for cooking up meals.

There is essentially nothing provided outside of kitchen utensils. Bed sheets are an extra 17 euros per bed, and we had to bring our own towels. We had to buy cleaning supplies including tea towels from the local Carrefour to wash the provided kitchen stuff. The owners speak little English but were friendly and with some preparation we were able to handle the security deposit and cash transactions with no issues.

on top of cleaning fee that we already paid we needed to pay extra 50 as the owners said the house wasn't clean. when we arrived we needed to mop all the floors and wash all the bed linens as it was messy and smelling, spider nets in the dish cabinets .
