I stayed here for a second time because I had such a good experience previously, and I'm pleased to say it was another enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, only a short walk to the MRT and very convenient for exploring Kaohsiung. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it a great base for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always polite and happy to help. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and I slept well each night. One of the things I really like about Kindness Hotel is the complimentary extras. The free self-service laundry is fantastic, and the free snacks, tea/coffee and especially the ice cream are a lovely bonus after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this is a comfortable, good-value hotel in a great location with excellent facilities for travellers. I made good on my promise to stay again after visiting last year, and I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Kaohsiung. Cheers 😁

Schlechter Geruch im Zimmer und im Hotel. Eines der Betten sehr hart.
