Balkon der Wohnungen im 2. Stock sehr gross und gute Aussicht zum Entspannen. Der Preis ist eigentlich tief für die Gegend (dachte ich bevor die Wohnung gesehen haben); der Rest ist ok, genug Geräte, ganz neue Tüchern, Klimaanlage, bequemes Bett.
Kühlschränke kühlen nicht ganz; Wohnung is alt sowie Möbel und Badezimmer, was auf den Fotos nicht sichtbar ist. Badezimmer unbequem v.a. sehr enge Dusche.

Face à la mer. Apparemment épuré, simple. Gérants toujours présents à l’accueil ou alentours. Tout etait fournis : linges, serviettes de bains, wifi, produits ménagers, accessoires de toilettes. L’endroit est propre et bien entretenu. Les gérants sont inclusifs : les couples LGBTQIA+ sont accueillis au même titre que les autres.
Il y a des soucis d’isolation sonore et certains ustensiles et accessoires n’étaient plus tout neuf. Mais, l’appartement était parfait pour ce prix. Si nous avions voulu mieux, nous aurions payé plus cher, tout simplement.

L'emplacement proche de Chania, près d'une belle plage, et l'espace
Vétusté des équipements et installations. Débit d'eau très faible. Sanitaire et salle de bain hors d'âge L'immeuble mériterait une restauration.
