Exceptional

The villa is a paradise. The swimming pool and the sea view are a dream. Beautiful BBQ area. The hosts very friendly. The location is excellent, very close to the sea and Primosten. It was the best 3 weeks we have ever booked in Croatia. We look forward to booking there again next year. Thank you Lado for this perfect holiday time. Rau family

The location was wonderful, the apartment was lovely, and the hosts were warm, generous, and caring. Beds were comfortable, pool was great, deck inviting.

The kitchen, while charming, would not have been fully adequate if we had depended on it for everything. We were unable to keep anything frozen, and missed having any sort of pot for tea/coffee.

I liked the pool and that was the only good and positive thing about my stay.

First of all, we didn't get the right apartment which i reserved and was totally different on the pictures. It was a basement apartment, had awful smell ( really bad and stinky - some fragrance hidden somewhere and we couldn't sleep at night because of this and had a headache in the morning ), it was not clean. There was a lot of ants on the floor and spiders in every corner, a lot of mosquitoes. In the kitchenette there was almost no utensils and cutlery. The bathroom was really small and dirty. The most dissapointing thing was the bed. Really old and worn mattress, couldn't sleep at all. Really sad. The owner also had a lowered dog on the property and on the day of departure the dog came to the door and roared so we could not leave. The worst experience in my life, i do not reccomend to go there. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

The landlord seems to have survived the last 30 years without change - very warm-hearted but everything quite honky-tonk- no word in any other language except Croatian...the flat has not been repaired for years...a lot is broken but his funny and sympathetic way compensates everything - best place for alternative people - not to be recommended for standard tourists...

La casa es espaciosa y las temperatura y presión del agua es buena. Tiene parking sin vigilar y en el exterior pero cubierto.

En primer lugar, tuvimos que molestar a otros huéspedes para encontrar a las personas que nos dieron las llaves. Los anfitriones son 2 un matrimonio mayor que solo hablan croata y, aunque fueron simpáticos, la comunicación fue muy difícil. La casa nada tiene que ver con las fotos… la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento general es increíble. Moho, telarañas, bichos, suciedad, ropa de cama y toallas viejas, cables por fuera de las paredes sin tapa de registro, enchufes desencajados, piscina con agua sucia y sin tratar… en días estábamos en la terraza y se nos cayó en el pie un tornillo de 8cm del apartamento superior. Está todo dejadísimo y la falta de limpieza te quita hasta las ganas de ducharte, de usar la cocina y meterte en la cama. De la nevera sale un hedor insoportable, todos los enseres de la cocina están sucios, de la ducha se sale el agua por todas partes… no hay supermercados o playas cercanos… y los bichos van a ser tus acompañantes toda la estancia. Desde luego que por el precio no es nada recomendable.

Ubytovanie disponovalo všetkým, čo bolo v popise. Prostredie bolo veľmi pekné, hlavne výhľad z balkóna na more bol neskutočný. Majitelia penziónu boli veľmi milí, pri odchode nám podarovali ich vlastné vínko. Nemám čo vytknúť a môžem len odporučiť. :)

Nič by som nemenila, všetko bolo ako má byť.

Kommunikation mit den Besitzer sehr schlecht da er weder englisch noch deutsch spricht. Möbel teilweise kaputt. Eine Sanierung zumindest der Küche und Betten würde nicht schaden

Apartmán samotný nebyl Apartmán ale předělaný asi sklep. Hodně malý prostor kde byla značná vlhkost a tu a tam i plíseň. Svou roli hrála i jazyková bariéra kde provozovatel mluvil jenom chorvatský když teda byl ochoten se vůbec bavit. Telefon nám při příjezdu nezvedl. K dalšímu popisu apartmánu uvádím, že postele měli značně proležené matrace, . Dálkový ovladač klimatizace byl nefunkční, televize nic nezobrazovala snad jenom nápis že nemá signál , Apartmán byl prostorově řešen tak že přes kuchyň a sociál jsem se musel pohybovat bokem při mé výšce 190 cm a 105 kg bych se tam nevešel, sprchový kout když pominu rozbitou hlavici sprchy tak měl v rohách podlahy podivuhodný černý maz který byl zjevně vytvořen dlouhodobou plísní, prkénko záchodu v úchytu prasklé takže k nepoužití, držák dveří sprchy mi zůstal v ruce a musel jsem ho poté svépomocí dát zpět, zásuvka v ložnici nedržela ve zdi a vytahovala se i z dráty, výhled z okna na zahradu který byl v popisku apartmánů na bookingu vypadal asi tak že ho tvořila kruhové okno o velikosti cca půl metru kterého půlka byla nepruhledná, do skříní jsme si věci ani nevyndavali protože zde ležel něco jako prach z vyschlou plísní, obraz v kuchyňce byl jak zepředu tak zezadu prolezlý plísní, nad vstupem do apartmánů byl instalovaný odpad nebo odtok klimatizace ze kterého nám na hlavu při vycházení cosi kapalo na hlavu přičemž přímo před dveřmi byla louže kterou teda někdo přikryl rohožemi, od samého začátku provozovatel věděl že budeme mít sebou dva střední psy. Při příjezdu jsme zjistili, že se zde nachází pes většího vzrůstu, který může volně pobihat v celém areálu, problém byl že s našimi psy si do oka úplně nepadl a tak jsme se snažili domluvit, aby alespoň jsme bez strachu ze vzájemného napadení psů mohli vyjit z apartmánů na ulici a zpět. Bohužel pes si běhal jak chtěl a každé venčení pro nás byl adrenalinový zážitek.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber

Erstmal musste ich den Vermieter suchen, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Er war sehr ungepflegt , wusste nicht was wir für die Wohnung zahlen mussten. Dann nur Barzahlung! Das muss man vorher wissen! Die Fotos entsprachen nicht der Realität.
