Smyle Inn - Comfort & Value near New Delhi Railway Station - since 1998

Zoals altijd perfect!!

Room upkeep was good, Breakfast served was tasty, healthy & hygienic.

Room service, Ambience inside the hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The place seems to be very well-run and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unable to see out of the glass in the room window.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults - in 2 rooms. The property had good and cordial staff - they are willing to help when needed. Room space was good enough for 2 ppl. Rooms had dedicated wardrobe; and a Table.

The approach road was Ultra BAD. Never choose this property if you are going as a couple or family. The streets are damn narrow (which can be accepted); but ppl senselessly urinate at the start of the Chandi Wali Galli - which welcomes you with a staunch ugly smell. No kettle was provided. We had to climb steep stairs to go up to 1st floor. No rooms available in Ground Floor. No Lift Facility. The property has 2 buildings and the photographs uploaded in Booking.com is a mix of both buildings. You might be surprised if you get a room which is not seen in the property. Complimentary Breakfast is of No Use. Better avoid that and save some money, if at all you are willing to book after seeing this review. Tea/Coffee are made from vending machine - more water & less milk. They served - 3 spoons of Poha; Bread omelette; some kind of fry to stuff in the bread; 1 packet fruity/mazaa kind of pack (local brand) and 1 banana (which was not ripened for us) - and the food was not hot served even at 8 am. Before I forget - Breakfast was served in another building altogether and there you need to climb steep stairs upto 4th floor - to enjoy their above described breakfast. No Lift Facilities again. The approach road issue; lift issue; amenities in the room (like kettle), toiletries were not mentioned in any of the reviews when we planned to book this property. Hence, I have made this effort to sensitize other travelers.
