Reitoral de Chandrexa

An absolute gem in the Ribeira Sacra!We had a truly wonderful stay at Reitoral de Chandrexa. The views are absolutely beautiful and so peaceful—it is the perfect place to unwind. The location is excellent, as it sits very close to major tourist sights like the stunning miradores (viewpoints) and the river. It is also conveniently near Parada de Sil, where you can find plenty of great restaurants.Our host was an absolute gentleman. He welcomed us warmly and gave us plenty of excellent local tips and information that helped us make the most of our trip. There is also safe outdoor parking available on-site, which gave us peace of mind.The organic breakfast was great, featuring a wide range of fresh fruit and a different delicious, homemade cake every single day. As for the accommodation, the rooms are lovely, beautifully rustic, and spotlessly clean.We highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return!

La tranquilidad de lugar, la amabilidad de los anfitriones, el desayuno, la mermelada casera y los animales domésticos, (Lucas y calcetines). Es una antigua rectoral restaurada de manera respetuosa; un lugar ideal si buscas tranquilidad, silencio y cero contaminación. Los anfitriones son bastante generosos con su propio espacio. Te permiten llevar tu comida. El desayuno es opcional, pero el que ellos ofrecen es realmente delicioso; todo casero y eco. Y no son nada invasivos. Muy bien.

Todo estuvo bien.

Casa reformada con gusto. Habitación y baño enormes, dignas del mejor Parador. Eso si, sin TV.

Puesto que la casa esta aislada en el campo, recomiendo llevar algún avituallamiento, por ejemplo para cenar, y así poder disfrutar del atardecer sin tener que coger el coche para todo.
