The gardens and property generally are stunning, waking to birdsong and beautiful sunrise over the trees.
A kettle and coffeemaker in the room might have been nice. The property has an orange grove. A way to make fresh orange juice would have been lovely

Giriş sırasında bize soğuk limonata verdiler ilaç gibi geldi. Ayrıca sınırsız çay-kahve, tost ekmeği-kaşar, meyve ücretsiz olarak sundular. Kullanmadık ama sunulması bile nazik bir jest idi.

It is a family-run business and Kostas, his brother and his very very kind mother were all very friendly, very caring and very helpful each day. No breakfast serving, but you are allowed to use their well-equipped kitchen and delicious cakes are ready to eat in the kitchen too. We thought parking may be a problem but it did not because they have enough space right infront of the house.
Some guests upstairs make noise while checking out in the morning, so perhaps a nice warning sign on the upstairs area will be sufficient for the guests staying downstairs. That is not the owner's fault but people should have been more careful as they leave the place.
