Mw. Livonia is een lieve oude boerin die zo goed mogelijk haar best voor je doet. Elke dag Bruschetta el pomodora bij het ontbijt en meestal heeft ze wel iets gebakken. Mr. Leonello levert met zijn hoge leeftijd nog wat hand en span diensten. De boerderij is van het type "oud en er van alles te zien" ik houd daarvan. Koelkast op de kamer (was bij de vorige B&B niet)
Het verblijf is een boerderij in ruste, de machines staan weg te roesten en te dromen van betere tijden, de eigenaren zijn op hoge leeftijd en wat je op de site van Booking.com ziet staan is veelal niet meer van toepassing. De B&B wordt sleets. Ons bed was oud, het zwembad niet meer in gebruik (alleen nog door kikkers), de pizza oven is al jaren niet meer gebruikt. TV op de kamer deed het wel maar geen televisie beeld (wél via HDMI beeld te krijgen) Avond eten niet mogelijk, er wordt uitsluitend Italiaans gesproken. Geen airco in het gebouw maar ventilatoren die op je nachtkastje staan. Jammer dat een site als Booking.com dit niet beter monitort.
