The rooms - below the restaurant - look directly on to the sea - amazing morning view - and there are some steps down to a bathing platform (not a beach0.
The restaurant serves excellent 'modern Greek' food - not so cheap but well worth it
No kettle in rooms; nearest other beach and bar/ restaurant about five mins walk, nearest shop about 10 mins. No bus service. Not good for people without a car

The location is great, quiet, the good thing it is not far from the shops you need (restaurants, markets).
The bed is not comfortable at all, nothing is clean enough, most of the furniture is worn out and needs to be changed, they do not clean the rooms daily, the shower water takes a very long time for the hot water to start, besides the water is very weak.
