For 3 people room was quit small. Parking paces were quite thight for big car.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, and walking distance from the train station and Nepia Ice Arena. I went to Tomakomai to see the Hokkaido Red Eagles place (highly recommend if you can catch a game). Some people complained about the hotel being a bit dated, which it is, but it was still clean and comfortable, so I couldn’t care less.
Only point I will deduct is that the WiFi was so slow to the point of being unusable the night I was there.

I chose this hotel specifically for the location to the ice rink. And it was the perfect distance from the station to the ice rink. The breakfast variety was pretty good. They also included little notes to announce certain event food or coffee. They also had little details that made the stay really warm. The staff, the little amenity buffet on the first floor, and also a drink selection near reception.
The hotel itself seems a bit dated, but it’s not a big deal at all.
