The location and decor and value for money
Finding the reception and a member of staff on arrival The apparently disinterested receptionist! No instructions on what to do on leaving - whereto put the key Having a communal kitchen which we didn’t use but a family of 6 did until late in the evening - cooking eating washing up drinking socialising and no way of shutting a door to shut out the noise. They did however quieten when we asked them to at 10.30 and apologised again in the morning- but we didn’t get the rest we would have wished for .
